Bela Anima Handcrafted Terms and Conditions

Items are handwoven/handcrafted and as such certain characteristics are to be expected and considered normal and not flaws and are not grounds for returns. These include but are not limited to bobbin changes, weaver knots, nubs and slubs typical of the fiber, mistreadles, scalloped/imperfections in the selvage or fringe. Items are made from hand dyed yarns and as such, you may find minor bleeding during washing. Please follow care instructions to help minimize this. Solid colors are especially difficult to achieve with hand dyed yarns so please be aware that you may find some white spots even when a solid yarn color is requested. Items are inspected before shipping for anything that may need repaired(floats etc).

Items come washed and ready to wear.

Shipping/insurance is to be paid by buyer (unless otherwise noted in invoice). Should an insurance claim be needed, buyer will receive a refund once the seller has received the claim from shipping company. Any returns must be initiated by original buyer within 5 days of receiving the item and must be discussed and agreed upon with weaver before sending. Item must be in same condition it was sent. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is responsibility of buyer. Actual shipping cost will be a separate charge from the invoice and can be sent by customer ppff or paypal fees can be added if an invoice is desired.

Bela Anima Handcrafted is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or additional charges incurred by the purchaser. Full value will be declared on all items purchased and shipped outside the US.

Any warranties or guarantees are only applicable to the original customer. Any alterations to the item void any warranties or guarantees and Bela Anima Handcrafted cannot be held responsible for the safety of the item.

All measurements are done with a soft tape measure. Because of differences in measuring and the nature of weaving, a length allowance of + or – 5% is to be expected for custom orders.

Bela Anima Handcrafted is payment plan friendly. In the case of a payment plan, an invoice will be sent to customer that allows for partial payments. Item will not be shipped until invoice and shipping costs are paid in full. Should a customer initiate a payment plan and decide to cancel purchase after the item has already been started, any payments made will be forfeited by customer and not refunded.
